Exam Terms & Conditions
Ayodhya Publications Pvt Ltd, located in Bengaluru, is dedicated to preserving and promoting Bharatiya culture and literature. We aims to foster a deep connection between generations and ensure the enduring legacy of India’s epics. The www.ayodhyachamps.com (“Website”) and related services (together with the Website, the “Service”) are operated by Ayodhya Publications Pvt Ltd (“us” or “we”). Access and use the Service for purposes of appearing for the exam/test is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms and Conditions”). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including any future modifications. We may amend, update or change these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and shall be made available on the website. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to use, access or participate in the Service.
- Exam Format:
The Exam will be conducted online only and consist of two stages: Prelims and Mains. Both the exams will be conducted online only. - Eligibility for Mains:
Only students who qualify in the Prelims exam will be eligible to write the Mains exam. - Exam Duration and Questions:
Both Prelims and Mains exams will be one (1) hour long.
Prelims will consist of sixty (60) multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
Mains will also consist of sixty (60) MCQs. - Exam Environment:
The Mains exam will be conducted in a completely controlled online environment. - Exam Fees:
The exam fee is ₹399 (Rupees Three Hundred Ninety-Nine) without the official study book.
The exam fee is ₹699 (Rupees Five Hundred Ninety-Nine) with the official study book.
- Exam Fees – Non-refundable:
Exam fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. In no event will Ayodhya Publications Pvt Ltd be liable to you or any third party claiming through you (whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or other theory) for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the access or use of, or the inability to access or use, the service or any portion thereof, including but not limited to the loss of use of the service, inaccurate results, loss of profits, business interruption, or damages stemming from loss or corruption of data or data being rendered inaccurate, the cost of recovering any data, the cost of substitute services or claims by third parties for any damage to computers, software, modems, telephones or other property, even if Ayodhya Publications Pvt Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Answer Sheets and Question Papers:
Answer sheets will not be shared with parents or students after the examination.

2-7 Years: Sub-Junior
8-12 Years: Junior
13-17 Years: Senior
18 Year and Above: General
- Participation and Performance Certificates:
All students who participate in both Prelims and Mains will receive a participation certificate and a performance certificate.
- Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be addressed via email communication ([email protected]).
- Exam Schedule Changes:
Students cannot change the exam date, schedule time, or language after registration.
- Result Criteria and Finality:
The Institution (Ayodhya Publications Pvt Ltd) will determine the selection criteria for the final result, considering factors such as highest marks and time taken to answer.
The results announced by the Ayodhya Publications Pvt Ltd are final and cannot be questioned.
- Book Dispatch:
For students who purchase the study book with their exam fee, the book will be dispatched within Fifteen (15) days after payment confirmation through registered post within India.
- Exam Rescheduling Rights:
Since the exam is conducted online, the Institution reserves the right to change the exam date due to unavoidable circumstances. Notification of any changes will be posted on the exam portal or sent via email.
- Malpractice
Malpractice is strictly prohibited. The results of participants indulging in any such practices will be withheld.
- Book
A copy of Ramayana book would be sent to domestic postal addresses if opted for the same. Non-resident participants are advised to buy e-book of the same on online platforms.
- Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Ayodhya Publications Pvt Ltd and its partners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, licensors, successors and assigns, from and against any and all losses, claims, causes of action, obligations, liabilities and damages whatsoever, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your access or use of the Service, any false representation made to us (as part of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise), your breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, or any claim that any service we provide to you is inaccurate, inappropriate or defective in any way whatsoever.
- No Representations or Warranties
The service, including all images, audio files and other content therein, and any other information, property and rights granted or provided to you by Ayodhya Publications Pvt Ltd are provided to you on an “as is” basis. Ayodhya Publications Pvt Ltd and its suppliers (if any) make no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the service, either express or implied, and all such representations and warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, are expressly disclaimed. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Ayodhya Publications Pvt Ltd does not make any representation or warranty of any kind relating to accuracy, service availability, completeness, informational content, error-free operation, results to be obtained from use, or non-infringement. Access and use of the service may be unavailable during periods of peak demand, system upgrades, malfunctions or scheduled or unscheduled maintenance or for other reasons. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
- Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and Bengaluru urban courts alone have the jurisdiction in case of any dispute.
- Proprietary Rights in Service Content and Activity Data
All content available through the Service, including designs, text, graphics, images, information, software, audio, e-books, and other files, and their selection and arrangement (the “Service Content”) along with printed version of e-books, are the proprietary property of Ayodhya Publications Pvt Ltd or its licensors. No Service Content along with printed version of e-books may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, scraped, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, other than as expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions. You may not use any data mining, robots, scraping or similar data gathering or extraction methods to obtain Service Content. As between you and Ayodhya Publications Pvt Ltd, all data and information generated from your access and use of the educational activities made available on or through the Service, including translated content generated by you (collectively, the “Activity Data”), shall be exclusively owned by Ayodhya Publications Pvt Ltd, and you shall not have any right to use such Activity Data except as expressly authorized by these Terms and Conditions. Activity Data will not include material you submit for translation or any resulting translation. By using the Service, you hereby assign to Ayodhya Publications Pvt Ltd any and all rights, title and interest, including any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights, in the Activity Data. All rights of Ayodhya Publications Pvt Ltdor its licensors that are not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved to Ayodhya Publications Pvt Ltd and its licensors.
